My stay at the Regnum Hotel in Bansko was overall very satisfying. The spacious accommodations and excellent spa services made our visit truly enjoyable. However, there were some downsides, such as limited drink options at the bar and a lack of variety in breakfast offerings. The shuttle service to the ski slopes was a great addition and made our trips hassle-free.
